Formation of Advisory Board
Joint Efficient Developments Consultancy (JEDCO) is pleased to announce the formation of a new Advisory Board. The Board’s remit is to help strengthen our business and to provide strategic guidance and technical counsel to JEDCO’s Executive Board.
Over the past few months the Executive Board have agreed to appoint three to four Advisory Board Members from diverse business backgrounds, with two already identified. As of today, JEDCO is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Snook as Chairman of the Advisory Board, and Alan Crawford as Advisory Board Member for Corporate Governance.
Welcome Chris Snook
Chris formally served as Head of Group Country Management at Novartis AG in Basel, President for Novartis Singapore, and currently represents Novartis AG as Chairman, board member and legal respresentative for a number of Novartis group companies in Asia.

Welcome Alan J Crawford
Alan is currently a Director in Governance, Risk and Control at EY, having previously been an Audit Director at a number of leading financial institutions.
